This is a fantastic idea! Will the user have the ability to create the tag? I think this would be a great feature in the Form Fields section. Not only to designate if the field in in the QA, FA or BO, and whether it's mandatory or not, but there could be a column which displays the tags and auto populates all system default tags. The system default tags WOULD NTO be editable, but any and all user created tags could be editable.
