It would be very helpful to be able to go to Document Uploaded File Status that would have all the files that have recently uploaded documents. Than I can quickly go through those files versus going through the whole pipeline everyday.

Is there a way to mark the documents were sent to the lender so we do not confused them with the new documents that are being uploaded into the system?

Yes! You can control the required doc statuses with yoru naming convention.
