Editable broker/lender/title fee boxes

There aren't all the needed boxes for title fees in the loan info tab. If we could have customizable boxes or just blank boxes available so we can add the title fees needed (ex. endorsements, wire, prorations for HOA/water/taxes/etc.)

Also a way to say which fees is payable to which party. IE Broker, Lender, Title, Agent, tax comm, etc.
