Add a dedicated permit tracking table, similar in structure and usability to the existing Property/Units table, to help users manage multiple permits per loan.

**Description:**
Users often need to track and manage several permits per project—ranging from building and zoning to occupancy and special use permits. A built-in permit tracking table would enable users to input 0 to many permit records for each project or property. This table should support fields like permit type, number, status, issue/expiry dates, responsible party, and file uploads for documentation.

This feature would centralize compliance and regulatory information, reducing the need for external spreadsheets and increasing data visibility for all stakeholders. Ideally, this would integrate seamlessly with the existing pipeline/project layout for easy access and updates.
