Create an E-Sign integration for DocSend, recently acquired by Dropbox. DocSend combines the best of multiple party Esign capabilities with big data room intelligence. This is a perfect fit for the "reference link" option when creating a new required doc.
This will also allow back office users to see whether the link is opened, how long a viewer views a specific page in the reference doc link, and where the view is geographically located.
Additionally, DocSend E-signature is widely accepted as one of the top tier, universally acceptable platforms.
Next, this will eliminate the need for LW to internally turn specific docs provided by clients into E-signable docs. Instead, users could this themselves with a DocSend subscription and LW can create dynamic tags for links to DocuSign docs or integrate it with DocWizard, such that back office users can create E-signable docs from within DocWizard, with higher quality and more feature rich capabilities than any competitor offers.
