Slack functionality should replace the "Notes" or "Comments" feature, with the ability to tag users as one can in Slack. This would allow users to quickly ask Managers/UWs if a document satisfies a condition before attaching to a required doc. This would also compel back office users to communicate with LW, instead of email or a secluded Slack integration.
This would be especially helpful with brokers as well. given how well designed the Slack mobile app is.
